FIFA is forgotten, the Berghaan begins...
Stellenbosch Toastmasters is very excited that it is that time of year again: The time for the special Berghaan 2010 Competition. Could you please distribute this information to all your members.
The Berghaan Competition is that Competition where you get to tell us your "Tall Tales", it's that 'tongue-in-cheek' story, the one where we all sit at the ends of your seats and can simply utter: it's too good to be tru
As this is a unique Competition, the language of the speeches/stories is Afrikaans. Afrikaans is simply just the best language for this kind of a story (Think of Spies and Plessis).
The date is 27 August 2010 at the Neethlingshof Wine Estate. The cost will be R180pp.
We will distribute further information as well as invites for attendance shortly.
