• As determined by the points tabulated for the Area scorecards compiled by WHQ or if no such compilation exists then by District 74

  • Select Distinguished Clubs x 2
  • President's Distinguished Clubs x 3
  • New Clubs x 1
  • Tiebreaker: % Membership Growth

Note:
Should there be no clear winner then no award should be made and this fact be recorded on the trophy and in the hall of fame.

Who decides?

• As this is a pure scoring system there is no need for an awards committee
• The results must however be separately verified by the Cabinet
